PROJECT: 2 BATHROOMS REMODELS & FLOORS 
Master Bathroom,had travertine installed, created a walk in design that worked for their home life. New counterops and splash was added. 
Guest Bathroom: Removed old tub and installed new tub with updated shower and plumbing, new countertops and splash.
Main House: Removed old flooring and installed laminate with upgraded baseboards, installed new carpet & upgraded padding

OVERVIEW
Our Client requested to have two of their outdated bathrooms remodeled and flooring replaced throughout their home.  This Power couple new what they wanted but just needed some additional assistance with design and layout. They met with our dedicated Designer at Emser and were able to find the Travertine and tile at a great price. We also installed laminate flooring in the rest of the main home and carpet in the bedrooms.  Travertine was installed in all the wet areas, kitchen, laundry room, and powder.  We assisted with the furniture move and during the time at their home we got very friendly with their pets.  

PROJECT TIME FRAME: 3-4 Weeks to complete.

​OVERVIEW:
Beautiful couple to work with.  They met with our dedicated designer at Emser and picked out great selections for their bathrooms to meet with style.  We also installed a new/custom barn door, removing the door jam and casing. New Vanity with countertops and undermount sinks.  We also installed all the mirrors, vanity lighting, towel racks, shelves etc with new flooring.  We also changed out their busy backsplash with a modern look. 

Time Frame: 2- 3 Weeks

PROJECT: Remove glued down hardwood flooring and carpet.  Installed 2,300 sqft of Laminate throughout the home. Install on stairs and find a matching stair nose.  I also included upgraded baseboards (painted, caulked, and installed). 

​OVERVIEW
The "R" family was moving to Schertz and reached out to see if we could remove the hardwood flooring and install their newly purchased laminate.  Since they didn't live in the area we met thru phone calls and pictures.  We finally met at the end of their project and was happy to do complete their project in less than 3 days.

PROJECT: Created Large Walk in Shower, removed window, removed french doors and installed modern sliding door, kept existing vanity, installed new countertops, new trim, and paint and texture with recessed lighting. 

OVERVIEW
The "M" Family was just so welcoming and a pleasure to work with.  Mrs. "M" really had her "want list"and glad we checked those items off for her.  The shower turned out beautiful and we look forward to the next phase of their project.

PROJECT: Created Walk in Shower with beautiful shower fixtures and body jets  

OVERVIEW
Mrs. "B" didn't have an idea on where to begin, with the help of the Interceramic Designer Celeste, she picked a new tile that had just hit the market.  We expanded her shower forward as well as removing a wall make a larger walk in shower.  The popcorn ceiling was removed, fresh coat of paint and wonderful shower fixtures from Moore Supply.  Mrs. "B" added some body jets, corner bench and tiled to the ceiling.
